Data HQ Ltd is a full service database marketing consultancy specialising in Business to Business database driven marketing communications. You will need to be a great communicator with a good telephone manner, confident when dealing with customers and have the ability to think on your feet and negotiate with a range of people.  You will be able to work on your own initiative yet also be able to work as part of a team to achieve objectives.  Ideally candidates will have some experience of telesales in the advertising or media sales arena, although this is not essential.  Most importantly, the successful candidate will be determined, hard working and hungry for success.

The company is an Investors In People (IIP) acredited business and as such committed to training, personnel development and is an equal opportunities employer.  The successful candidate will undergo an ongoing training programme to equip them with information about the companys core products.  Ongoing support and sales training will be provided to enable you achieve your individual targets and career aspirations.

Direct Marketing Telesales Executive

Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 basic per annum + commission

The role will involve generating new clients through warm leads provided through the companys marketing campaigns and also through calling prospective clients.  Reporting to the Sales Manager, and with his guidance, you will achieve targets set from the range of products that the company offers including: list sales, database management, mailing, fulfilment, telemarketing, modelling and database enhancement.   As you begin to build your portfolio of clients, the role will involve ongoing management of those accounts.  Depending on your success in this initial role, it is anticipated that there will be the opportunity to make the transition to Account Manager after a 15-16 month period.

The companies offices are based in Ingatestone (near Chelmsford and Brentwood) Essex.  There is a railway station 2 minutes walk from the office (Liverpool Street line) and we are 5 minutes drive from J28 of the M25.
