Email Broadcast

With each broadcast we provide you with the web address and login details of a tracking site allowing you to view (in real time) the success of your campaign. The tracking portal shows the number of e-mails sent, the number of opened e-mails, the number of click throughs to each of the links within your broadcast, and the number of unsubscribed. We carry out the broadcast on your behalf; we do not release the e-mail addresses to you to protect the integrity & quality of our lists.

Data Protection

The personal e-mail address is directly verified with the data subject, consent is offered by the data subject at the time by telephone, and further clarification of opt-in is confirmed via e-mail from the data subject. All e-mail addresses are fully OPT IN and compliant with the data protection act, and e-mail communications legislation. One-time broadcast includes creative set up & online tracking £280 per 1000 emails sent

Minimum Order value £500.00

Response Data

Data HQ are able to supply the contact and company details of each record. The data can be provided pre or post campaign to either the whole audience or just those that have responded/clicked through to your offer. De-duplication against your own customer database is possible and subject to £50 set up charge £40 per 1000 on combined file size
